Dancers will learn basic tumbling skills and how to incorporate them into their dance routines. We will focus on developing strength and flexibility to support proper technique working towards developing the individual dancers ability to perform various tumbling skills including: forward rolls, backward rolls, shoulder rolls, head and handstands, as well as cartwheels and roundoffs.

Students will refine and build on existing skills and seamlessly integrate tumbling into choreography. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, and control, with walkovers, handsprings and more. Registration requires previous acrobatic experience and teacher approval, ensuring participants possess necessary skills for safe and successful learning.
