Dancers will learn basic tumbling skills and how to incorporate them into their dance routines. We will focus on developing strength and flexibility to support proper technique working towards developing the individual dancers ability to perform various tumbling skills including: forward rolls, backward rolls, shoulder rolls, head and handstands, as well as cartwheels and roundoffs.
